Q: How long does it take to set up my new account? A: A few Minutes! As soon as we receive your order and process your credit card (fraud screening), your VPS will be provisioned and you will be emailed the login information.

Q: What type of infrastructure does VPS Media offer? A: Our nodes run on 16GB RAM quad core servers with RAID-10 disk array with hot swappable drives for minimum data failure. top Q: Can I do a backup of my server in case I lose some data? A: You may perform up to unlimited free backups per month to your own off-site ftp server. Backups on our storage repository are offered on a separate payment plan and priced according to VPS size. Backups may be performed manually or automated without loss of service.
top Q: Can I upgrade my plan down the line? A: Yes. You can upgrade your VPS to the according plan right on your Account Management site. There is a 12-hour processing time for upgrades. A server reboot is required but you will not lose any data.

Q: Is there an option to buy a VPS with cPanel, Direct Admin or LxAdmin? A: (NEW!) Yes!, we are now offering pre-installed Direct Admin ($10 /mo) & LxAdmin (Free!) on a request basis. However for those who want a clean setup you still receive root, and web based management access to the VPS. Just sign up and submit a request on a sales ticket!
